聽聞呢間店好出名,趁得閒就同朋友走左去食,下午1:45時段大概等左2分鐘左右就入得,入面係圓檯可以坐5個人,預作要搭檯。叫左煎白菜肉餃同埋雲耳椰菜肉湯餃(太心急食唔記得影),兩款餃子都好大隻,粒粒飽滿,同埋一個車仔麵配豬紅同冬菇。煎餃熱辣辣,落單後先煎好新鮮。肉質嫩滑唔散,白菜新鮮。煎餃要細口咬,要小心入面嘅湯汁,兩面都煎到金黃色,夠脆口。至於雲耳椰菜湯餃嘅餃子皮好Q彈,味道白菜款好食D。佢附上嘅野葛菜湯我同朋友就覺得麻麻地,有少少藥材味。另外佢地嘅菜脯都好出名,我同朋友就覺得不過不失,唔太特別,都係餃子味道特別D。(同埋唔知係咪因為菜脯免費嘅關係每次盛嘅時候都有人望住,有D尷尬。)車仔麵就普通嘅水準,份量正常但無食曬D麵,始終呢間店係主打餃子,唔可以expect太多,下次去只會幫襯餃子。
