To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

古味既裝修，傳統既上海店今日在呢間充滿中國傳統風味嘅上海店食晚飯我地叫左二人餐 首先上既係粟米羹 份量非常大碗 好足料 一撈起係粒粒粟米 每一啖都咬到好多粟米 好香又之餘不乏口感另外仲落左d蔥花 令到湯既味道感覺更香！之後就到另外叫既小籠包出場 一籠有六隻 熱辣辣 可惜咬落去比想像粗少湯汁 而頂皮稍嫌厚左啲 另外仲有兩隻未夾就穿左 漏哂啲湯出黎醉雞一黎到我地已經聞到有好強花雕味 花雕滲哂入d雞肉 好入味 肉質都好鮮嫩不過酒量差既人 真係要小心醉值得一提係醉雞去哂骨 可以一啖食落去 好滿足！二人餐仲包兩杯八寶茶 我好鍾意隻杯啊一打開就見到好多材料 我識嘅有杞子紅棗菊花 等等 第一啖入口係好強既菊花味 甜甜地 之後有陣果味 同埋最後有d甘香
