今晚特意由油麻地過去支持「上海榮華川菜館」,這間小店的裝潢有點殘舊,讓我感覺彷彿回到八十年代,估計已有三四十年歷史。雖然環境簡單,但卻散發著懷舊的魅力。我點了最喜歡的獅子頭和小籠包,搭配的客飯淋上了美味的汁,撈飯的口感一流,讓人忍不住多吃幾口。獅子頭的份量十足,一口咬下去,肉質滑嫩,肉汁充盈,真的非常好食。小籠包則是正正常常,裡面有肉汁流出,雖然沒有特別驚喜,但也足夠讓人滿意。另點的椰子清湯味道清新,為整餐增添了不少風味。這頓餐的價格相當實惠,客飯連湯和豆漿只需$62,小籠包$48,性價比很高。我已經計劃下次再來試試他們的回鍋肉客飯。老闆娘和她兒子用上海話溝通,而對客人則流利廣東話,讓人感受到入鄉隨俗的暖意。總的來說,這是一頓滿意的晚餐,值得再來光顧!

行過觀塘,體驗咗間有點回憶味道嘅餐廳。店內收音機播緊舊歌,感覺悠揚,搞到我一時半刻放唔低碗筷,上海菜味兒滿載!首先講下呢個宮寶雞丁,辣椒點綴得好,每一啖都辣得嚟又惹味,腰果同蝦仁加埋嘟嘟好聲,哇,簡直係米飯殺手!再嚟,無骨糖醋排骨,每一口都係肉,糖醋當權,酸酸甜甜嘅滋味撻得好,絲毫唔會過膩。雲吞雞,溫文噴香,肉食朋友嘅必點。雪白雞皮底下,肉質嫩滑,鳳眼啲雪菜豬肉餡雲吞,皮薄餡足,咬落去好過癮。娃娃菜吸晒湯汁,清甜可人。而末了嚟個八寶茶,甜中帶清,菊花味道喺嘴裏散開,解膩過癮!這家餐廳環境老派格調挺對味,如果想找回味覺上嘅童年記憶,呢度洗唔著憂。🍚🐔🥢

野食好普通,尤其係個小籠包,基本上無咩汁,層皮好厚同偏硬,仲要有啲粉,味道唔會好過啲急凍小籠包好多,係純粹啲餡多啲啲餐具都幾污糟,隻杯同匙有積,要自己用佢俾嗰兜熱水摔返乾淨食物麻麻算,餐具唔乾淨都算,最頂唔順係啲服務態度,樓面個阿姐西口西面,講嘢好無禮貌,態度極差,好似前世欠左佢咁食物、環境、服務,無一樣做得好,喺度食飯係貼錢買難受,同樣價錢一定有更好嘅選擇,起碼唔駛受氣先希望多啲人睇到尼個comment唔好中伏

食物麻麻算,餐具唔乾淨都算,最頂唔順係啲服務態度,樓面個阿姐西口西面,講嘢好無禮貌,態度極差,好似前世欠左佢咁

食物、環境、服務,無一樣做得好,喺度食飯係貼錢買難受,同樣價錢一定有更好嘅選擇,起碼唔駛受氣先

希望多啲人睇到尼個comment唔好中伏

雞好嫩滑,刀工一般,但花雕汁惹味之餘,酒味不會過重👍🏻

鱔糊粗炒
我好耐都冇 食過鱔糊,所以我就揀咗呢個鱔糊炒粗面 ,味道唔錯,但最驚喜嘅係啲鱔好 爽口

酸辣湯
好足料蛋絲冬菇絲木耳絲夠多酸酸辣辣好開胃

時菜獅子頭
入口即溶,肥而不膩,肉質鬆軟

小籠包
就唔係咁啱我口味😅, 普遍民眾對於小籠包的印象就是皮薄湯汁多,原來復古的中式, 小籠包係皮厚肉多的小籠包

鍋貼
鍋貼的皮比較厚,但吃起來不會硬還帶有彈性,咬起來真的很紮實還會有肉汁感,整個很飽滿
