To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每逢想食中菜,就會想食大班樓,貪其食物質素好,服務好,環境好與座位濶落。適逢與老公結婚週年,加上因陀bb關係,只想食酸酸甜甜的食物,特別生炒骨,所以又係去大班樓,食了多年,今次終於的起心肝寫食評。❤️今次例湯是陳腎蠔豉瘦肉湯,雖然只是跟午餐的燉湯,但湯料份量,絕對唔少,湯鮮甜,味道好好。❤️大班樓獨門炸臭豆腐- 我唔好臭豆腐,但老公是臭豆腐的super fans, 他的評價是好鬼正,真係臭,𥚃面有一些馬蹄,食落有口感,第一次食這類型的臭豆腐。😋❤️有時候,我個人比較悶蛋,食完那一款食物好味,之後就永遠只叫那款食物,今次仍然是叫了我喜歡的龍丼菊花煙燻乳鴿。乳鴿是其自家飼養,所以體型與肉質也不像外面的餐廳般肥啫啫,這𥚃的乳鴿細細隻,肉不多,但其煙燻味真係好香,一食難忘。午餐只有半隻,份量夠我一人。❤️烏梅陳醋甜酸生炒骨- 酸甜度剛剛好,選用新鮮菠蘿,立即加50分,豬肉不帶骨,肥瘦適中,非常爽口,值得一试❤️生磨杏仁茶-杏仁茶充滿濃香的杏仁味,不太甜,非常啱我這孕婦,也為這一餐畫上完美的句號。😍整體上,食物質素如一,仍然是令人心動,唯一開始不同,就係侍應開始有年輕人加入,感覺他們沒有老伙記們熱心與有禮
