To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隨著限聚令的放寬, 大家又可以大夥兒一枱吃中餐啦~ 今次去到尖沙咀凱悅酒店凱悅軒品嚐由黃皓勤主廚主理的傳統手工新菜式, 同時亦吃到農村風味菜. 話明是手工菜, 工序可不簡單啊~十分喜歡黃湯蝦籽扎蹄釀關東遼參 【壽參藏珍】 , 簡直令人讚嘆不已! 蝦籽扎蹄是60年代流行的手工菜, 師傅把其釀入厚身遼參再炸至香脆, 口感依然軟滑, 蝦籽的鹹香慢慢滲出, 好有層次感, 而黃湯以雞、鴨、豬肉、豬骨及豬手熬製而成, 非常鮮甜, 將遼參與湯一併吃進口, 無懈可擊!酒香醉人! 陳年花雕龍蝦伴粉皮 【醉龍臥雲】 一上枱, 我已被酒香醇厚的十五年陳釀花雕迷住. 龍蝦肉嫩彈牙, 大廚將鴨蛋黃混入醬汁, 口感細滑. 而墊底的粉皮頗滑, 厚度適中, 吸盡龍蝦及醬汁. 數款本地農莊特產風味菜也十分吸引, 但供應則至2022年7月中. 黃金淮山條是以新鮮淮山去皮, 外層充滿鹹蛋黃及牛油香氣, 炸得鬆脆爽口. 味道既回甘又苦澀的碧螺春蝦崧浸涼瓜皮帶出既清新又健康的感覺, 我知道並不是太多人喜歡吃涼瓜, 因人生本來就夠苦, 哈哈~  配搭新穎, 不妨一試, 或許你會初碧螺春的醇厚踏實而征服.  我就欣賞以蝦膠加水打成

味道既回甘又苦澀的碧螺春蝦崧浸涼瓜皮帶出既清新又健康的感覺, 我知道並不是太多人喜歡吃涼瓜, 因人生本來就夠苦, 哈哈~  配搭新穎, 不妨一試, 或許你會初碧螺春的醇厚踏實而征服.  我就欣賞以蝦膠加水打成的蝦崧, 蟲草花和杞子與碧螺春燉煮, 在苦澀中帶出淡淡優雅的甜味.

苦澀過後, 是香甜. 本身就很喜歡椰子, 所以對這道椰香鮮百合紫淮山鴛鴦雞特別偏愛. 泰安雞件肉質彈牙, 墊底的蒸蛋白加了竹絲雞湯、椰青水及椰漿, 很滑溜兼質感輕盈, 味道清新. 蒸蛋上有紫淮山粒、本地毛豆、本地鮮百合及紅棗一同燉煮, 好香甜.

好大條本地有機花生苗! 營養豐富兼鮮嫩爽脆, 味道有少少像芽菜的草青.  欖菜花生苗炒本地黑毛豬鑊氣十足, 而本地黑毛豬梅頭肉柔嫩多汁,又有鹹香的欖菜, 好惹味!

甜品是fusion的, 由港人喜愛的菠蘿包皮、蛋撻及奶黃湯圓組成, 十分邪惡但好味! 湯圓夠煙韌不硬皮, 最終吃了兩件呀~
