To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ICC这家中规中矩的潮州菜，环境确实是很好的，但菜的口味只能算是一般，适合商务宴请吧，价位么看怎么点菜了，从人均几百到几千都能吃的不错的。开年跟朋友下班在这儿聚会吃吃燕鲍翅，海鲜，鱼翅的质量还是可以的，很新鲜。分量么也算是足够。燕窝个人觉得做的一般般，吃的没什么味道。凉菜和卤水拼盘挺好吃的，特别是大肠，个人很喜欢。其他的主菜，甜品，时蔬之类的不过不失吧，感觉上不算特别出彩。附近住的明星，金融业者挺多的，这里常见，挺适合追星族。服务态度很好。在香港繁华的商业区能体会到这种接地气的热心服务的店不多。总体而言不错的一家店。
