今次與朋友聚會,方便泊車所以揀咗Elements,又想試吓老字號潮洲店,百樂潮州酒家自然係首選。在OpenRice訂位7pm,坐近門口(唔知入D有冇位,定坐近門口幫店舖營造多客人的氛圍。眼見其他客都坐門口的)。必試的滷水拼盤、蠔餅、杏汁豬肺湯都有叫。另外,雞、魚、菜都叫了及還有店員介紹的蝦蟹雙棗。湯唔錯,豬肺都算腍,滷水拼盤覺得一般,墨魚比較好,蠔餅唔夠脆。反而魚有D驚起,皮脆肉嫩,雞不太鹹,肉質唔韌。最失色係雙棗食唔出有蝦及蟹味,煲菜都一般。整體而言,食物比以前退步了。值得一讚係那天晚上的服務質素好,待應主動協助拍照及更換碗碟,走人時行錯方向找泊車服務台,店員追出門口及呼叫提示另一方向。每人平均消費$500,可以有其他選擇。

百樂潮州酒家是一所高级潮菜食馆, 食物不錯, 但是服務卻是讓人失望. 今天是2024年4月20號, 中午11點45分我單獨一人沒有訂枱直接進入九龍站圓方的百樂酒家午飯, 門口一位穿綠色制服,梳起髮髻的女士說有枱,然後帶我入內, 同時大大聲聲, 用粗魯的語氣對我說了幾次一點鐘要交枱, 我說用膳時間不是90分鐘嗎?為何75分鐘就要我離開? 她用粗魯的聲線對我說,因為我是沒有訂枱的walk-in 客, 所以要一點交枱, 這裏是高級食府,我個人消費350元, 為何會得到這樣粗魯的對待呢? 我立時和經理傾談, 為何我來消費卻得到如此對待?限時90分鐘我明白, 這是普遍繁忙餐館的規則,但是否歧視我一人用膳,就要我75分鐘離開呢? 經理立時多次為她粗魯的員工道歉. 怪不得香港人要上內地消費, 好明顯酒家這位帶客入內的員工是香港飲食業的害群之馬, 這樣的服務質素我們還有信心在香港消費嗎?若果在內地個人消費350元已經得到非常好的服務質素, 在香港卻買了一肚子氣.

其中最欣賞豬腳凍, 豬腳去骨煮成肴肉再釀入猪腳, 口感猶勝上海肴肉, 入口爽軟無渣

手打魚蛋粉, 一般水準, 不過不失

鵝片豆腐, 鵝肉肉質可更理想, 我偏好軟滑一些, 帶骨肉件反更有口感, 墊底豆腐畧重鹵水味😀

食物質素不過不失。但係招呼態度就真係麻麻,見到我應該係招呼國外華人朋友,一上嚟就hard sell 凍蟹,魚翅,蒸魚。我話唔食就對住朋友sell, 問有乜特色嘢就翻炒凍蟹,魚翅,蒸魚。結果算啦我自己揀。因為朋友班高鐵8點至出到嚟,我哋開飯時間比較夜,到咗九點零一放低筷子想傾一陣就收碗碟同杯,擺明茶餐廳式服務。大佬,我哋兩個都叫咗兩千幾蚊(其實都係得𧐢仔煎,鵝片,排骨之類),真係傾多陣都唔得。其實除非有特別原因,呢啲食肆真係唔值得幫襯。

食物正常,卤水拼盘一如既往的维持稳定。鱼香茄子也有火候。蚝仔粥用料略有缩减,可能系个案。

但食物品质怎么也“有个性”的服务态度,点外卖过程已经被问“究竟要点几多道?”,当时餐厅刚刚开晚市,没有多人也没有繁忙,原来而家消费多也会被诟病。最后问几耐可以取外卖,却被告知“多过20分钟!” 如果唔系比左钱,一早无谓受气。

理解通关后客流多,未必有往前的耐心和态度,但请不要忘记一班曾经在最艰难的时候支持和喜欢你们的客户。

生意人取财有道,服务行业更是要有待客之道。

是日係老公嘅生日,問佢要去邊度食飯。之前有朋友喺呢間餐廳請食飯,我哋又覺得幾好味,於是就預訂呢間餐廳去試佢其他的菜式。去得食潮州菜,咁就一定要食佢嘅滷水鵝。我哋嗌咗個滷水鵝肉拼盤,裏面除咗鵝肉,仲有墨魚片,豆腐同蛋。佢嘅鵝肉醃得好入味,鵝皮唔算太肥,亦唔係過鹹。啲豆腐非常之潤滑,係我喜歡嘅口感。至於啲墨魚,因為唔係我嘅所好,所以覺得一般。之前朋友請食飯時預訂咗一個白肺湯,驚為天人,所以我哋嗰晚亦嗌咗一份。份湯足夠六至七個人飲,豬肺㷛得好腍,但係唔知道係唔係因為已過晚上八時,啲湯已經煲到底,份湯嘅杏汁味竟然掩蓋咗白肺湯嘅清甜,飲落非常之唔舒服,阿女直頭想作嘔,是當晚嘅一個敗筆。上一次嚟食到嘅鱔幾好味,於是我哋都嗌咗個蒸白鱔片。今次就冇嗌錯喇,雖然同上一次食嘅煮法唔一樣,但係呢個鱔片一樣係咁好味,不但喺魚肉鮮甜潤滑,蒸嘅時間亦啱啱好,連本來唔食鱔嘅妹妹都多食咗幾片。芋茸香酥鴨係老公要嘅,因為係炸物,加上阿女同我都對芋頭麻麻哋,所以係咁依食咗一啖。如果鍾意食芋頭嘅人應該會覺得幾好味,不過我就嫌佢肥膩,感覺一般般。潮式炸雙棗係潮州餐館內一個非常普遍的菜式,我會覺得呢度做得一般,叫做不過不失。蔬

呢餐飯一共食咗1700百幾蚊,淨係茶芥同埋小食就要百二蚊,仲要加一,一啲都唔平,坦白講要食潮州菜有其他更好的選擇,雖然味道喺好,但係係唔係物有所值就見仁見智喇。
