To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去奧海城行街shopping完,想找間餐廳食下嘢休息一下,最後揀咗食點心 - 添好運。不知是否給炸雞店收購後,多了些特色創意點心。韭王鮮蝦腸 - 正常的鮮蝦腸,冇乜韭王味。酥皮焗叉燒包 - 這個招牌菜每次黎到都一定要叫,坊間有許多茶樓爭相模仿,但做唔到添好運的皮薄餡多加上雪山的效果,出面只能做到叉燒餐包。蛋白蝦春卷 - 口感特別,春卷入面有點似賽螃蟹,唯一美中不足的是蛋白比例比較多,蝦味不夠,失去蝦春卷的精髓。鮮肉韭菜蝦薄餅 - 以為是薄撐之類,原來是兩面炸皮中間夾餡,口感似炸雲吞,餡料算多,但只食到鮮肉韭菜味。由旺角舊舖食到開分店,見證由平民小鋪去到米芝蓮餐廳,沒有因為被收購/品牌名氣,去抬高價錢或食物水準下降,但我覺得還是食傳統點心比較好。
