今天到紅磡探朋友,他話屋企附近開左間新酒店,有間中餐廳-紫荊閣,新裝潢又近黃埔地鐵站,相約一齊去試下叫化雞製作煩複,用料豐富,雞預先醃好,再將金針、雲耳、肉絲、紅棗及東菇放入雞肚內,然後用荷葉包住,外面再用泥封住再烤焗雞有荷葉香,鮮味、肉質好滑金針爽甜,東菇吸左雞味道,令菇味更鮮陳皮燉鴨湯鴨湯陳皮味啱啱好,清甜甘香,加入番茜令到湯香味提升鴨肉依然好滑,肉味香濃鎮江骨,呢度切得比較大件,要用刀义品嚐,肉質鬆化,醬汁用左黑醋,酸酸甜甜既開胃又惹味蟲草花雲耳浸豆苖份量比較多,豆苗淸甜飯後送甜品-紅荳沙
