今日帶屋企長輩黎試下依間酒樓,因為係酒店入面,所以好少會為意到有間酒樓。依間酒樓有好多懷舊點心,本身諗住散叫,但發現好多想食既野同6人餐既選擇差唔多,所以就叫左個6人餐。茶位$15一位。廚師靚湯 (6碗)雖然只係好普通嘅青紅蘿蔔湯,但係好飲過屋企自己價煲嗰啲,啲湯好夠味。香煎素鵝 (小食)外皮好脆口,而且口感味道都唔似素肉。水晶鮮蝦餃 (6粒)正宗皮薄餡靚。蟹子蒸燒賣 (6粒)好juicy,唔會好乾。安蝦鹹水角 (6粒)食得出係即叫即炸,入邊啲肉個味調得好好,個皮亦都好煙韌。蜜汁叉燒腸粉睇都睇到皮好薄,入面啲叉燒份量岩岩好。古法馬拉糕好鬆軟,食唔停口。楊州炒飯好大碟,亦都好足料。甜品 - 紅豆沙 (6粒)另外仲散叫左2個點心蜜汁叉燒包 (3個) $32瑤柱珍珠雞 (2隻) $42 continue reading

We went there for tea during weekday. Small, medium and large dim sum were all priced at $28. While there were not many choices for dim sum, they did have very traditional dishes. All dim sums were cooked when ordered, even for deep fried food😊. The deep fired dumplings were very nice. We also tried the egg yolk one. Personally, it was not my cup of tea but others said good 😂Must try item $58 per eachDeep fired dumplings $28Egg York bun $28 The tea and environment were acceptable. 係年半前睇網見老豆紅磡屋企附近有間懷舊酒家,帶老人家試吓。原來佢地懷舊意思即係食普通野,但價錢一啲都唔懷舊,超貴!乞兒雞不是生焗,係蒸熟隻雞再用污糟過D屎既泥包住嚟焗俾你食!好臭!還夠膽收這個價錢(好似連加一600炇食隻蒸鷄)個焗雞肝,超級紅色超多(有害色素)焗得又吾香,吾新鮮,又係有臭味!個陳皮鴨湯用下價果皮,燉出黎湯水有苦味!其餘京都骨,炒菜蒸魚普通無驚喜,佢哋菜式炸野偏多,少選擇!呢間一定無下次 continue reading

諗住兩點所有點心 小中大一律28蚊 可以試到酒店點心就去食下啦 !下午茶外面酒樓只係十幾蚊但係心諗算啦酒店28蚊一籠點心已係抵. 28蚊嘅範圍唔算好多其他比較貴 我以一般酒樓嘅水準 去平價呢一間 :排骨 蝦餃 得兩款點心正常棉花雞麻麻 料亦少 腸粉皮厚亦唔好味 呢款仲要50蚊!千層糕 食過最差淨係食到椰絲味道糯米雞亦差肉碎 乾爭爭 亦冇咩料 六款點心冇一款畀酒樓好。 埋單 茶加一 total$280蚊 兩個人! 外面 求其一間 酒樓下午茶仲抵食仲好味就算畀正價都冇咁失望, 我諗呢度啲評價高應該係指晚飯呢度啲點心真係唔得。 continue reading
