最近係圓方商場見到新開左一間韓式餐廳,入去採光度亘我高,落地大玻璃再加上充滿韓式嘅佈置,座位闊落又舒適.韓式前菜雖然唔算好多款式但勝左味道夠香.經典拌波菜同豆芽爽脆又帶陣陣芝麻油香.拌辣魷魚Q韌又彈牙,味道香辣惹味.燉牛骨煲牛骨煲份量好滿足,石鍋內充滿大量牛骨同蔬菜.牛骨肉質嫩稔又不失肉質嚼勁,肉同骨輕輕一咬就好易分離,唔會煮得過火而變得過韌.牛過醃得入味,鹹香中帶住陣陣甜味,充滿肉汁.牛煲煲仲有炸香嘅蓮藕,白蘿蔔同紅蘿蔔令味甜味更香.生牛肉石頭飯原個石鍋飯上滿佈生牛肉及蛋黃,送上枱後有專人幫手拌好石鍋飯.石鍋嘅餘溫將飯粒結成飯焦,飯粒變得脆卜卜又香口.生牛肉充滿嚼勁而且juicy鮮味.蛋黃均勻地沾上飯粒內令味道更濃郁又充滿蛋香.
