To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 普遍都係最多咬到一兩絲蘿蔔喺入面
唔期望有臘味、蝦米
呢件蘿蔔糕粉得黎口感比較鬆散
唔係挺身之餘仲略嫌有啲唔夠實

再黎叫左蛋白蝦春卷
同想像中有啲出入
如果蛋白落多啲整得實在啲會更好
依家食落蛋白冇特別不過值得讚係真係食到蝦粒
幸好係即炸即上
入口夠熱夠脆,所以唔難食得去邊
不過想食香口野又想食點心可以睇我另外幾篇點心店食評,絕對有更好選擇

最後唯一食到好食嘅係馬拉糕
其實馬拉糕材料好簡單
但要整得好食就真係好少地方有
呢度嘅馬拉糕上枱熱辣辣
紅糖味香,又唔會話好甜
甜度係足夠你食得出紅糖香帶微甜嘅感覺
重點係佢超級鬆軟
你用筷子夾落去已經感覺得到佢嘅軟綿綿而又有彈性
一個人食哂一個都唔覺得漏
全餐最好食店心,沒有之一

唔係特別好食不過唔難食咁解
