To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 估佢唔到，今次有驚喜喎！

聽老婆大人話上次試過呢期大家快樂最新推出的「霜花板燒牛肉飯」，話唔錯喎，呢日得一個人食lunch，咪走去試下囉！去到已經12點有多，附近放lunch的人已經如猛虎下山，蜂湧而至，:連隨order一個「霜花板燒牛肉飯」跟一杯可樂，另加$6要多個芝麻汁雞肉沙律，等左五分鐘，終於有得食。雖然擺明大家樂呢個出品係模彷pepper lunch嘅，不過以大家樂呢類快餐店的一般水準來計，呢個飯又真係有D驚奇喎！加上蒜蓉汁的牛肉，撈勻D有好多粟米粒同蔥花嘅飯來食，味道的確唔錯！除左個牛肉飯外，今次連個沙律都有D驚喜，隨沙律附上的芝麻汁都幾多，倒落個沙律度撈來吃，味道都幾好，又可以中和一下個飯，無咁熱氣，good！個人覺得，今次呢個飯，都算係近期大家快樂的代表作了。一於下次試下個「板燒鰻魚飯」睇下好唔好味先！
