之前黎河畔食野,幾次經過叉燒大王都見到唔少人斬料斬大舊叉燒,初頭以為只賣燒味,最近先知原來仲有其他小菜,敢自稱叉燒大王,相信餐廳對自己ge招牌叉燒都有番咁上下信心,一於試下堅唔堅。行緊去座位都未坐低侍應就問飲咩茶,果然夠爽快,叫左壺水仙,清香甘甜,拍得住茶樓水準。特選蜜汁叉燒王(例牌)份量合理,外表望落都ok,唔太肥唔太瘦,色澤自然,放埋入口試下先,咬落微暖,肥瘦均勻,果然係真材實料ge梅頭肉,肉腍兼有彈性,唔會腍到霉,肉汁都算多,唔柴皮,不過餐廳秘製叉燒醬就甜左d,而且燒得唔夠燶,焦香欠奉。走地雞肉質彈牙,唔太肥,雞味幾濃郁,配埋鹹度剛好ge鹽水再加埋薑蓉送飯,好快食晒成碗。西蘭花新鮮爽脆,淋上熱辣辣芝士汁,都唔錯,雖然話係極濃芝士,但都唔會膩。
