To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經食過無數次,今日個朋友仔生日,我就推介長沙灣大中華比佢,雖然佢地方污糟邋遢,可以用冇咗修理來形容,侍應亦都冇禮貌,但係就有香港大排檔嘅味道,本身book咗8:00,我哋7:45已經去到,佢話有位人齊可以入得,可能係未攞到酒牌嘅關係,要自己去門口士多買,都幾唔方便,朋友話好想食燒鵝,叫咗半隻,好有驚喜,上到枱仲熱辣辣,好入味,連個胸都唔鞋口,好過好多打正招牌嘅餐廳,仲叫咗個白滷水拼盤,起碼有8-9款嘢食喺裏面,價錢超平,適合一大班朋友
