To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 恭喜發財!新年飲茶一定係指定節目,去油塘一帶拜年之際,全部人去咗呢一間稻香集團旗下嘅客家好棧食飯🌻一行7人叫咗好多點心、炒飯、伊面、乾炒牛河、特色甜品。個人認為呢間餐廳好重本,好足料。就以佢嘅蝦餃同埋燒賣而言,佢用嘅蝦係原隻包,而且可以話冇混入魚膠蝦膠,相比起其他茶樓已經勝出!馬拉糕唔算話好鬆化,但係勝在夠熱辣辣!🌻自己最欣賞嘅就係佢嘅特色甜品,紫薯煎堆同埋抹茶餅!紫薯煎堆個名其實係我改因為佢外型實在太似煎堆,但係佢表面唔係芝麻,而係好細粒嘅類似米通!總之入口係非、常、脆重點係煎堆入面竟然有榛子朱古力真係啱晒我口味抹茶餅當然都係得到大家好多好評,表面用咗芝麻做簡單嘅裝飾,同時間可以增加佢嘅香味!

馬拉糕唔算話好鬆化,但係勝在夠熱辣辣!
