Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到canteen都有水煮牛

今日同d friend入UST打波打波前先去canteen食個Lunch以前未嚟過UST 覺得canteen應該間間U都差唔多架啦一睇個menu 覺得呢度款式多好多鍾意食辣既我見到有水煮牛就叫左嚟試啦佢可以揀配麵或者菜飯 我就揀左上海麵麵既份量都幾多 最後都食唔曬水煮牛唔會淨係比好多辣椒你 牛肉份量都算多牛肉用上雪花肥牛 肥瘦適中 食落唔會覺得鞋辣度雖然冇得調整 但我覺得唔算太辣 同外面既小辣差唔多水煮個汁好濃 因為碗麵既湯底好清 我自己將d汁溝落碗麵度食 咁就連碗麵都可以食到帶微辣既水煮味道覺得Canteen有咁既質素係意料之外👍🏼

水煮牛唔會淨係比好多辣椒你 牛肉份量都算多
牛肉用上雪花肥牛 肥瘦適中 食落唔會覺得鞋
辣度雖然冇得調整 但我覺得唔算太辣 同外面既小辣差唔多
水煮個汁好濃 因為碗麵既湯底好清 我自己將d汁溝落碗麵度食 咁就連碗麵都可以食到帶微辣既水煮味道
