友樂亭作為美孚新邨歷史最悠久嘅日本餐廳,我細細個就聽過呢個名。隨着時代變遷,日本餐廳越開越多,要喺香港識到日本嘢亦都越嚟越容易,本土餐廳亦都要面對日本過江龍嘅挑戰,唯獨呢間陪伴住我成長嘅餐廳,味道一直冇變。因為疫情嘅關係,所以都好少出街食飯。有一晚,屋企冇人煮飯,所以自己一個去咗呢間居酒屋食。嗌咗一個最簡單,而又比較多人認識嘅滑蛋豬扒飯。滑蛋豬扒飯,顧名思義嘅靈魂就有滑蛋同埋豬扒。佢同天婦羅其實係唔同,用嘅炸粉完全唔一樣。好多時候你喺出邊食到嘅滑蛋豬扒飯,豬扒同埋嗰塊皮會分開咗,唯獨喺友樂亭嘅吉列豬扒,咬落去嘅時候充滿肉汁,快皮同埋肉係仍然連接住一齊嘅。🥰滑蛋就用咗好基本嘅日式醬料調味,例如美琳,醬油,糖等等。再配埋洋蔥以及珍珠米,令味道再昇華。份量方面亦非常多,我本身都好大食我都食唔晒😂🙈
