To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日第一次食呢間,叫左個黑松露西蘭花素蝦天使麵配雜菜湯。個雜菜湯肯定唔係罐頭湯而係真係直接煮嘅湯。因為罐頭湯一定有好多洋葱甚至係蒜頭,正式素食店又點會有五葷 ? 我食嘅呢碗就絕對冇五葷,仲好難得地佢落左薑汁去驅寒,呢樣係其他素食店冇做嘅,所以好多時我只食素果日會因為太寒涼而胃氣脹而唔舒服,而呢碗湯有落薑汁,解決左呢個問題。講返個天使麵,蔬菜方面係有啲唔夠新鮮,我估我食嘅時候係擺左幾日嘅材料嚟,而其他人嘅評論寫到好霉霉舊舊嘅果位客人食嘅可能比我食嘅擺得更多日。😶😶 而且有幾件菜有啲黑邊冇切走,如果可以一早切埋啲黑色啡色果啲唔知氧化定污漕嘢先煮會更好。不過個黑松露我覺得好正常,未食之前搞一搞撈一撈先食會好啲,因為啲黑松露汁係流晒落底部,而且素食店唔用奶類製品,冇忌廉加強黑松露個味,當然會淡好多。但肉眼睇已經有好多黑松露,食落去係正常冇厄人嘅,最緊要撈多撈個底先食。個天使麵軟硬度都好適中。份量都好大,55蚊一個黑松露天使麵呢個容量已經好君真。雖然我食完都係同以往一般素食店一樣係唔夠飽。呢個係素食呢樣嘢嘅本身問題。總概嚟講,每樣嘢都冇問題,幾好,唯一問題係材料唔夠新鮮,啲菜擺得耐。解決問題嘅方

總概嚟講,每樣嘢都冇問題,幾好,唯一問題係材料唔夠新鮮,啲菜擺得耐。解決問題嘅方法係大家多啲幫襯佢,等佢可以每日用最新鮮又抵嘅價錢買返嚟嘅材料嚟煮俾大家食。因為買材料一定係大量買先有得平,材料買得平先可以賣俾客人賣得平。客人多啲去,先可以令材料保持新鮮好味又夠平。一間食物品質好唔好嘅餐廳,都係好睇啲客夠唔夠。平時搵素食店已經夠難,希望大家可以好好咁保養呢間小店,等我得閒又可以再嚟食,仲要係食更新鮮更好味嘅食材。
