To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次比啲服務態度激到要即刻喺度寫post、開開心心的星期日我和女兒食下午茶、門口個服務員態度極度差、以為欠咗佢好多錢、說話態度差、最正係到我嗰陣佢叫我量體溫，我話入去嗰陣已經量左、佢話量吖！面口極黑，個炒飯有味但係唔喊、雞肉串燒沙嗲個汁好奇怪、似葡汁多D、個牛油雞翼好特別、一咬落雞肉裏面全部都係油,個手肘餅要25分鐘先嚟到、落單的店員由落單到幫手摧單、態度親切有禮，眼見店內其他店員都是很有禮貌，只有門口的那位簡直是人間極品，食物唔難食但係唔好食😂😂😂試一次便夠
