To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間鋪都開左好多年反而一直冇嚟試因為灣仔區算幾多野食，競爭都大呢晚收工就第一次過嚟試下。叫左個咖喱豬 漢堡 蛋包飯 $102同一個 番茄牛 加 咖喱豬 蛋包飯 $88。咖喱係甜既日式咖喱，但有少少稀個蛋包飯，我覺得似茶記早餐隻炒滑蛋同真正日式蛋包飯係2回事嚟個漢堡都OK, 正常唔會太硬太實但個咖喱d雜菜實在太少啦。另一份番茄牛，更加冇咩肉食成碟得4片肉，跟住靠好多汁去送飯我個人唔鍾意出街食飯靠成碟白飯或意粉去填飽個肚如果係咁不如留返係屋企自己食白飯算肉得3-4片真係唔掂當。香港食野真係好貴想好食又有少少質素既店鋪更加要花時間去搵如果真材實料比貴少少可以接受但呢間真係冇下次了

想好食
