To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 柏庭坊這裡都來過一次今天就一試這尚善可能我們12點就到吧附近的人還未到Lunch Time所以只有我們這枱客人吧午餐我們就選了這刺身壽司定食一看就似足料另外我還點了深海池魚及生吞拿魚腩這店我覺得這兩款刺身是敗筆之作生吞拿魚腩刺身一來到我還以為是店舖外面的Display似的 真心無語了其他刺身也沒鮮味而飯更似放了一陣子有點硬的而且醋味不足失望了

真心無語了
