來到2020年的最後一天,想好好咁獎勵一下自己,買吓嘢兼食餐好,所以就去咗海港城,喺LCX一輪瘋狂購物後,見到呢度新開一間日本爐端燒🍡,餐廳入口嘅裝修有令你置身於日本嘅感覺,就決定食好啲啲!雖然呢度嘅窗口位可以見到海景,不過我哋就揀咗坐吧枱,因為可以欣賞到師傅為客人燒串燒嘅過程。午市套餐主打都係串燒,另外都有刺身、壽司、烏冬等等嘅選擇。經理仲好好請我哋食枝豆,粒粒都飽滿而且翠綠,豆殼外邊平均地灑上海鹽,食起上嚟好惹味。套餐先來一道前菜,店員介紹食物嘅時候仲建議我哋進食嘅先後次序,先食南瓜🎃,然後麻醬豆腐沙律🥗,最後就係蕃茄伴柚子醋凍🍅。我尤其鍾意呢個蕃茄,佢係去咗皮,雪得凍凍,加埋醋啫喱,成件事都好透心涼!然後就輪到幸串燒盛合出場。串燒包括有和牛舌🐮、黑豚長葱燒🐷、手羽先🐤、華味鳥雞腿肉🐔、大蝦🦐、蘆筍🥬、同埋精選野菌🍄,另外仲有溫泉蛋🥚作頭盤,自家漬物係牛蒡同青瓜🥒,仲有麵豉湯同白飯。串燒做得好出色,我最鍾意兩隻大蝦燒得脆脆,可以整隻蝦由頭到尾連殼食晒,一啲都唔嘥嘢,而且真係好香口好好味!雖然呢度主打食串燒,不過都想繽紛啲,所以就叫咗刺身丼🍱,刺身方面包括有拖羅、劍魚腩、帆立貝、牡丹

先來呢個和牛串🥩,雖然份量唔多,但真係燒得好好味,和牛嘅油脂分布平均,師傅控制火候亦相當出色,做到外面香脆,入面剛剛達至七成熟,仲見到有少少粉嫩嘅肉質,口感同味道都一流!
