我就最愛試新餐廳,雖然去台灣食好近好方便,但係點夠係香港食台灣咁有效率!知道大坑最近開咗間新嘅台灣野,一於約埋朋友試下先~鋪頭唔算好多位,亦都唔少人,即刻就有位,覺得裝潢同餐具都有花心思喎!我地總共叫咗四個菜式,加埋都係百幾蚊一位,大坑黎講算中價喇!秘制小蟶子($78) – 佐酒小食一客,係店員推介我地嘅~因為呢個冷盤有都少少辣,所以唔飲酒嘅我地就有D蝕喇! 但係蟶子數量都算唔少,而且都幾鮮甜,兩三個人食份量岩岩好。高雄夜市蚵仔煎($88) – 呢個蚵仔煎幾有驚喜!雖然佢價錢唔算平,但係佢蠔仔數量好多,食到啖啖蠔嘅感覺,而且煎得好香好出色,係外脆內軟咁樣,蛋味都夠濃,蔥香亦唔會搶咗味,推介~~花蓮小丸子湯($38) – 呢個湯底係用豬骨熬製,都飲得出淡淡嘅豬骨味。豬肉丸勁彈牙,一口一粒,好味~但係入面嘅蘿蔔我就覺得煮得未夠好「林」,如果可以煮入味D,相信會更加好食!招牌台灣紅燒牛肉麵($88) – 食台灣野點可以唔食牛肉麵!呢個牛肉湯底非常濃,非常有牛肉味,而且牛肉、牛根勁多,每舊都大大舊,唔似坊間食店咁勁薄,牛根又好易入口,好味道~個麵質都唔錯啊,我地估計係自家製造… 唯一好好笑嘅係

食店人手充足,fill水都算快,食完飯都會主動fill下水問下D野好唔好食,但係位與位之間嘅空間就唔算好大喇,始終香港地寸金尺土嘛!總括黎講都係值得一試嘅~
