To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. GreenHouse 是集團式經營,另一間的姊妹餐廳是  Glass house,分店位於太古城及中環IFC。集團經營是有品質的保證價錢也合理,當然Green House也不會令我們失望。有別於另外兩間分店,Green House是主打經營多國菜式,有多元化選擇。朋友選擇了冬陰功湯底的面,雜錦的餸 ,包括魚蛋丶雲吞丶芽菜丶大蝦等等,10分足料。另外有乾蒜片及青檸另上。湯底雖然是冬陰功,但是不會太辛辣,啱晒香港人口味。魚蛋亦都非常之彈牙,兩隻大蝦都夠大,對得住個價錢。我側選了西式 Pizza  , spicy salami pizza, 食pizza最緊要食個餅底,呢個餅底不口不薄,有啲口感,配料包括火腿青椒紅椒蘑菇及馬蘇里拉芝士,材料豐富,是個不錯的選擇。
