To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近食得太多嘢，決定要keep keep fit，所以就決定去食低卡低脂嘅Poke Bowl。今次去咗呢間非常出名、有好多分店嘅PEEK-A-POKE。我哋2人叫咗2個poke bowl，一份炸雞同埋一杯奶昔。加州風味poke bowl今次我試咗一半壽司飯、一半沙律嘅配搭，另外再加咗牛油果同埋蟹肉。本身入面亦包咗三文魚、青瓜絲、蛋絲等等，非常足料。三文魚勁厚切，而且有好多粒，食完好飽肚🫢自選poke bowl自選方面選擇都多，仲可以揀雙拼，我哋就叫咗吞拿魚同埋三文魚，飯方面就揀咗壽司飯同埋糙飯，另外再自選咗啲配料，例如芝麻醬豆腐、蟹子、紫菜絲等等。🥰夏威夷炸雞我哋跟餐配咗呢個勁香勁juicy同埋嫩滑嘅炸雞，一咬就知係新鮮炸起，啲醬汁亦都好好味，甜甜地，一碟有6粒跟餐價只係$28，非常抵叫😍牛油果奶昔呢個奶昔唔甜但感覺好原始好fresh，奶味好出，亦都係大大杯，2個人飲都夠晒😋總括而言，食完又健康又飽肚，下次會再幫襯！
