To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在APM看完戲到樓下的King&I 吃飯。要了特價combo3的干葱炸釀豆腐配明爐烏頭、柚子蝦沙律(免費因為有coupon)、香芋臘腸煲仔飯、肉骨茶。烏頭大條,魚上放滿香草,是一般泰式味道。豆腐釀了蝦肉跟一碟干葱汁,豆腐有8件,質地實和滑,味清淡。沙律不錯,很開胃。煲仔飯內的臘腸和芋頭粒雖不多,但煲飯很香。有一碟油炸鬼跟的肉骨茶沒有一般的藥材味,反而易入口,如果喜歡濃藥材味的人飲一定很失望。平日一客明爐烏頭要$138現在只要$135還加有豆腐一碟是便宜了。
