To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮨燐晚市omakase有好幾個選擇,入門黎講14件壽司性價比頗高,皆因仲有69折,埋單每人唔使一千。坐在板前看著師傅處理魚生刀功及技巧,先嚟一件蜜柑鯛,魚肉帶有果香味,第二件係赤貝第三件係針魚,配上辣蘿蔔蓉及紫菜,第四件係疣鯛,炙燒再加上適當配搭,特別惹味。🤤第五件深海池魚,呢件改得好靚亦好食❤️第六件係油分多嘅梳子魚,第七件墨魚,中間夾咗小半塊紫蘇,第八件為北海道帆立貝,薄切片後疊埋再握成壽司,可見師傅功架第九件係銀鱈魚油甘香,第十件池魚,十一件係鯖魚👍🏻第十二件係中呑拿魚,幾肥美帶有赤身部位的酸度,第十三件係炙燒大呑拿魚腩,釋放油脂,最後一件係海膽,大塊鮮美🤤亦有味噌湯及抹茶奶凍作結,成餐男人食亦覺得飽,餐廳位置唔多,最好book定枱。
