To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於西九龍中心8樓, 看到水門海南雞已關門，貼出告示，介紹各位到89這店消費。舖面給貼滿香港人的心聲。.香茅豬頸肉飯 ($38)分數: (8/10)豬頸肉十分香口，肉質冧，不會太硬太乾。配上甜甜的豉油撈飯，簡單的一個飯也十分好吃。這價錢還有甜點和飲品送，真的抵吃。甜品是包裝布甸。飲品則可選紙包飲品或罐裝汽水。.去骨海南雞飯 ($38)分數: (5.5/10)海南雞肉質有些嫩滑，有些較鞋，有一塊雞還沒有熟。很可惜是白飯底，不是油飯底，令海南雞飯比下去很多。這也有甜點和飲品送。

海南雞肉質有些嫩滑，有些較鞋，有一塊雞還沒有熟。
很可惜是白飯底，不是油飯底，令海南雞飯比下去很多。
