朋友帶我到這間位置低調,簡單裝修的貴緣小鍋米線。這裡用QR code 落單,十分方便。湯底有四款選擇,點了特濃新鮮番茄湯,内邊已有新鮮蕃茄、韭菜、芽菜同蔥,另外可自選配料,每份$8-$10, 我揀了餐廳推介的豬紅,冬菇皇,螺旋藻及雞翼尖。冬菇皇大粒厚肉,入味又淋身。螺旋藻多數是涼拌,好少在湯麵上出現,原來跟蕃茄湯很配,入口爽滑,是一款健康的配料。雞翼尖夠入味。麵底選了健康的紅薯粉。青花椒麻濃湯,豬骨湯加上花椒油,令湯底充滿花椒麻香,內邊已有韭菜、芽菜及蔥,另加腩肉,墨丸,雞絲及腐竹。腩肉薄切,肥瘦相間,炆得腍身。雞絲是餐廳推介,自己煮雞後手拆成絲,撕得幼細。小食有麻辣豬肚絲,很惹味。另可加配飲品
