來到尖沙咀食日本野,這間餐廳門口十分低水,行過左都唔知道,哈哈!同友人食omakasa, 是以串燒做主題。店員每上一道菜都會細心介紹食材,食法,好貼心仍都是其他餐廳做唔到。是上鱈魚片,烤得脆白,配上沙律醬是不錯的前菜。黑醋沙律用了不少時令的新鮮沙律菜,感覺健康,食完refresh 晒。璣燒鮑魚加上特製的醬汁,廚師貼心已把鮑魚切了,我們可以一片一片食,大讚!鮑魚吸收了醬汁十分鮮味!雞肉腸串配溫泉蛋,也是高質,雞肉好鮮嫩!牛舌拖羅,肉汁保留晒係入面,配上特製醬汁,少有的高質!松葉蟹甲羅燒,蟹蓋盛上了蟹肉蟹膏紫洋蔥,把蟹膏等放上小面包片上,可以玩又可以食!味道濃香,面包烘的脆卜卜,好正!燒鱔片,鱔燒得脆香的,把魚的油脂燒出來,加上香料,不錯!燒米餅清湯清清的,米餅吸了湯,好得意!最後是甜品,焦糖菠蘿配紅豆燒芝士年糕,為呢餐片燒Omakasu點睛!

燒鱔片,鱔燒得脆香的,把魚的油脂燒出來,加上香料,不錯!

燒米餅清湯清清的,米餅吸了湯,好得意!

最後是甜品,焦糖菠蘿配紅豆燒芝士年糕,為呢餐片燒Omakasu點睛!
