To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從年初轉左手之後,呢間餐廳嘅水準完全提升,燒味係喺廚房自己燒,每一次隻燒鵝都係熱辣辣,特別燒腩仔皮脆肉滑多汁,每一次都會嗌。我本人最鍾意食佢個炸饅頭,因為佢啲炸饅頭嘅質地好煙銀,聽講都係廚房自己差粉,唔係就咁買返嚟炸咗佢。以最平凡嘅鹹魚雞粒炒飯都非常出色,抄得夠乾身,蛋花分布啱啱好,有鹹魚香,有鑊氣。另外推介嘅係芋頭南瓜煲,個重點係上面嘅芹菜同埋適量嘅椰汁,次次都食到舔舔脷。鍾意睇海景嘅可以坐出邊吹下風扇吹下海風,鍾意涼冷氣嘅又可以坐室內,任君選擇。
