應該好多人都有聽過喺香港食百碟宴,排場誇張又搶鏡嘅京川滬菜。今次同另一個朋友去食日喜樓,但係因為百碟宴最少都要6或者12位,所以我哋今次就選擇咗同樣好好味既散叫菜式🥰日喜灌湯小籠包 ($74)我係一個徹頭徹尾嘅小籠包控,只要有小籠包嘅地方就有我。黎到日喜樓當然都唔例外, 因為我覺得係上海菜嘅地方試小籠包就可以分辨到間餐廳嘅水準。小籠包一共有四隻,老實講我可以自己食晒一籠😂小籠包皮薄到晶瑩剔透,可以望得到裏面啲湯等緊我將小籠包咬開,然後就會好似洪水氾濫出嚟,掩蓋我嘅味蕾!小籠包肉好粉嫩,肉質唔會好鬆散,亦都唔會好結實,中和之道大概就係咁嘅意思。😇黃金蝦球 ($188)同行嘅朋友好鍾意黃金乜乜乜,於是我哋就叫咗黃金蝦球,其實呢味餸都係我同佢每次去餐廳一定會食嘅。蝦球好大隻,就算只係得蝦肉嘅部份都有我手掌心嘅大。一咬入口蝦肉彈牙度十足,可以想像到日喜樓用咗非常新鮮,仲識游水嘅活潑生猛虎蝦,甚至乎係更加大隻嘅蝦!黃金脆皮好薄,絕對唔會有一舊粉凝固而影響口感。爆汁牛肉餡餅 ($48)顧名思義就知道呢個牛肉餡餅來頭並非一般,大家真係要小心食,而且要攤涼少少先食,因為一咬開牛肉餅,啲牛肉汁就會噴出嚟

日喜灌湯小籠包 ($74)

爆汁牛肉餡餅 ($48)
顧名思義就知道呢個牛肉餡餅來頭並非一般,大家真係要小心食,而且要攤涼少少先食,因為一咬開牛肉餅,啲牛肉汁就會噴出嚟。如果大家着咗白色衫,建議大家一咬落去嘅時候唔好咬得太深,輕輕咬一個窿係個包度,然後慢慢啜啲肉汁出嚟,最後先連包帶肉咁大大啖食🤤

蜜汁火方 ($148)
呢個係口感層次享受,點解呢?因為每一片好似饅頭質地既夾包,可以放入一片浸左蜜汁既金華火腿,以及一片脆炸薄春卷皮。一放入口有軟熟既夾包、又甜又咸既火腿,脆脆薄片,所以口感一次過衝擊口腔,好得意,新奇得黎又好夾。☺
