To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍上海弄堂菜肉餛飩 🔍中環歌賦街35-37號地舖-----「弄堂」即指上海小巷的意思，而上海弄堂則是品嘗上海家庭小菜好地方的意思。這間上海菜，質素一向穩定高質，算是我在香港數一數二喜歡的上海菜，而且佢地位置通常選擇於鬧中取靜地方，幾Chill。來吃個下午茶，簡單叫了三樣東西兩個人Share，下午茶來說，份量剛好。小棠菜豬肉餛飩 $65皮甚富彈性，內餡飽滿，粒粒都幾大隻，小棠菜爽脆爽脆的，豬肉肉汁滿滿，沒甚麼挑剔，就是一共8粒，兩個人分享是有點意猶未盡。醉雞菜飯 $94米飯粒粒分明，帶蔬菜清香及微微鹹味，醉雞則非常入味。蔥油拌麵 $55好有驚喜嘅拌麵，香蔥唔係平時嘅切細香蔥，係大大條經爆香過嘅蔥，連平日唔中意食蔥嘅我都覺得好香口，越食越上癮，而且油潤得黎，唔會過於油膩。
