To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於中環的這間茶餐廳， 24小時營業， 外賣不加錢，已經幫襯過很多次，味道唔錯而且價錢平。牛腩米粉 $27 + 蘿蔔 $7 牛腩肥瘦適中，帶有筋，肉，油花，口感和味道都幾好，只係未去到入口溶化嘅神級效果，哈哈！牛腩份量都算幾多，一碗大約有8嚿左右。蘿蔔水份多熱量低(大約6舊左右)，飽肚又清熱氣，可以中和牛腩的肥膩感。 蘿蔔爽口冇渣，但不清甜和入味。整體來說，以這個價錢$34，都算唔錯的，值得推介，會繼續幫襯。
