To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五同4個朋友在深水埗開飯，大家話無得番大陸食探魚，走去深水埗傷心酸辣粉-食酸菜烤魚，任食都係128-1位，用openrice 去訂位非常方便，我訂咗8:00，7:50分就有位，4個人可以食一個酸菜魚同一個雞煲，鷄煲都非常好味😋都幾化算，最後仲要用個酸菜魚去食火爐，火爐科是任食，有好多，我哋仲加咗小龍蝦，食到鬼咁飽都係162.5抵到爛
