To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

探朋友後晚飯時間黎到呢間餐廳，排一陣隊就入得。🍜照燒豬軟骨 豚骨湯拉麵 $68用上幼身拉麵，豬軟骨醃得入味軟腍，拉麵湯底味道啱啱好，唔算很濃郁，但一點都不肥膩，有我喜歡的溏心蛋，入口即融。🥘北海道帶子黑松露意大利飯 $88未入餐廳睇menu之前，以為只提供日本菜式，估唔到竟然有意大利飯食。係似傳統嘅意大利飯，飯粒係比較硬身些少，每一粒飯粒都充滿creamy的黑松露味道，有兩粒帶子煎到兩面焦糖色，鮮味爽口。（跟餐加$35）包沙律🥗、湯🥣 和 熱飲🍵和風沙律有勁多蟹子、蟹柳，味道清新。熱辣辣嘅南瓜湯配上少許忌廉，軟綿好飲。另外，熱飲order 了熱檸水。
