To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實點為之住家菜? 我理解係平凡食材,心思取勝。首先嗌咗兩碗老火湯,個湯飲落真係煲得耐嗰種,湯料亦足,豬骨薯仔,薯仔煲到粉粉地,好飲。侍應推介呀嫲雞,話係招牌菜,我地嗌咗,喺好高期望下依然冇失望。阿嫲雞其實就係沙薑雞,沙薑雞最緊要醃同蒸個時間,要夠時間將沙薑粉同紹酒醃得入味但又唔會太咸,蒸得熟又唔會鞋,呢兩樣做得的確好好,最難得係攤凍咗都唔覺得隻雞油,唔知係咪新鮮雞,但平時出去食麻辣雞煲或炸雞都會冚唔住浸雪味,但今次蒸嘅又食唔到有。阿嫲雞有少少芝麻鋪面,半隻兩個人食仍意猶未盡。另外嗌咗肥牛粉絲煲同柱貝魚湯雜菜煲。肥牛粉絲煲薄切肥牛肥瘦恰當,撈飯惹味。柱貝魚湯雜菜煲對於我一個唔鍾意食菜嘅人唻講真係好好味,底個湯嘅海鮮味夠濃,煲到啲菜又淋又甜,清哂。食完仲有中式糖水上,兩個人都只係348,抵食。
