To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 偶爾記掛著家裡的飯,自自然然的想到住家菜,午餐$37包括一碗湯,一碗飯以及一碟餸,姑且看看有沒有家煮的感覺。紅蘿蔔薯仔豬骨湯,想是大煲湯的緣故吧,不只湯烯淡如水,就連湯料也是無味的,一點都不像家裡的湯水。薑蔥蒸魚,還以為會吃到和在家中一樣滿口的鮮魚; 詎料吃到的僅是一嘴的油,雖然沾有蒸魚豉油汁,豉味和咸味兩者皆欠,帶不出魚的鮮甜味; 薑蔥和莞茜是烯疏地撒在魚身上,香味當然散發不出。撇走味精,店方想營造到家的感覺,本來是一件好事,但菜式呈現出來的效果卻是心有餘而力不足。
