佐敦真係有好多抵食選擇,而講到抵食又點少得港式嘅平民美食:車仔麵!今次隨意行過,經過呢間全新開張嘅德運豬扒車仔麵,餐廳光猛企理,一於試試!炸雞翼雞翼即叫即炸,每碟4隻,夠晒香脆,但就略嫌雞翼細隻咗少少。A姐之選:牛筋腩、手撕雞、豬紅、豬皮幼面(+沙嗲汁)車仔麵嘅配料有成47款選擇,真係花多眼亂。牛筋腩炆得入味,筋同腩各佔一半,唔錯;手撕雞份量多,滿足;豬皮乾淨爽口,索晒沙嗲汁,惹味;豬紅唔會一夾就醒,但又非常滑溜,抵讚。M佬之選:爽脆豬耳、西洋菜、小花菇、自製貢丸、魚片角米粉(+辣汁)至於我就揀咗帶有麻辣味嘅豬耳,非常爽脆;西洋菜新鮮鮮甜;小花菇炆得入味;貢丸大大粒,好有口感。(記住Like同Share畀朋友)
