To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 𓆻 𓆻佐敦的 The Jungle 是區內有名的尼泊爾菜餐館。之前嘗試walk in晚飯，可惜當晚座無虛席未能成功。今次挑戰午餐終於成功！而且Set lunch 只是$88，已包括頭盤、主菜、甜品和飲品，非常抵食。𓄣 Pani Puri $68尼泊爾常見的街頭小食 — 香料醬酥炸球，裏面裝滿薯蓉、洋蔥、蔬菜等配料，外面炸得金黃，用茶壺倒入羅望子醬汁，好拍又好吃，非常特色！𓄣 Momo必點的招牌菜！Momo是尼泊爾餃子，可選擇蒸、煎或半蒸半煎。可惜當時我不知道，否則一定會選擇半蒸半煎，可多試一個口感。餃子皮比中式餃子皮更煙靭，但不厚膩。我們選了雞肉餡，調味剛好，還吃到雞肉的鮮嫩和肉汁。中間的醬料香辣惹味，蘸一點，味道又是另一個層次。𓄣 Nepali Daal Baat (+$10)包括米飯、扁豆、炒蔬菜、咖哩牛肉，一碟已經有齊肉類、蔬菜和米飯，實在是大滿足。𓄣 Kheer (+$28)不得不推薦這裏的特色甜品Kheer，用上尼泊爾米、混合奶、紅寶石和堅果。米香味濃，配上淡淡奶香，有點像米做的布甸，口感煙靭，好好吃！終於知道這裏人氣爆滿的原因，除了因為食物地道正宗外，亦是因為整個叢林主題的

必點的招牌菜！Momo是尼泊爾餃子，可選擇蒸、煎或半蒸半煎。可惜當時我不知道，否則一定會選擇半蒸半煎，可多試一個口感。餃子皮比中式餃子皮更煙靭，但不厚膩。我們選了雞肉餡，調味剛好，還吃到雞肉的鮮嫩和肉汁。中間的醬料香辣惹味，蘸一點，味道又是另一個層次。
