🥢佐敦 高質外層鬆脆美味吉列牛🥢天氣凍冰冰最啱就係食啲熱辣辣嘅嘢,一直好掛住東京的吉列牛,熱辣辣,用石板燒到塊牛肉滋滋聲的感覺非常正,最鐘意煎幾熟自己話是🥢香港雖然有不少地方有吉列牛,但質素參差不齊,呢間吉列牛人氣小店之前在荃灣試過一次已經覺得非常正,剛剛元朗開左分店,今次出開九龍去佐敦再食下🥢板燒吉列牛 $108 +定食$20 (午市)lunch 食有跟埋飯同汽水,點完餐一兩分鐘已經上檯真係勁快手,吉列牛樣子排得好整齊,而且跟一舊牛油脂,先用油脂搽均石板,再夾起一兩片慢慢煎香,入口吉列外層鬆脆而且炸得實淨,唔會甩皮甩骨,味道帶剛剛好的調味,煎出來非常之香而且肉味很濃又軟熟,飯上亦有配上飯素,味道豐富🥢秘.燒松露吉列牛$148 +$20 定食(午市)黑黑的吉列牛,多了一份淡啖的松露味道,同樣地一樣咁鬆脆可口,🥢個人比較喜歡原汁原味的吉列牛,味道更能帶出牛肉的香氣,食到牛肉的原來味道,而家天氣食熱辣辣的食完暖粒粒,唯一留意係因為在檯面上即煎,衫上面唔多唔少會有少少油煙味道,如果之後仲有地方去的話要注意一下啦
