今日放工約左媽咪去佐敦食飯,由於媽咪鍾意食潮州野,所以就search到呢間近近地的餐廳。由於餐廳都坐滿人,我們都要等一陣先可以入座。食潮州菜點可以唔叫滷水呢?今次叫左個小的滷水拼盤,入面包括了鵝肉、豬耳、蛋、五花肉、墨魚、紅腸、蛋及豆腐。除左包羅萬有外,味道仲整得好入味。另外,我們都叫左一份「家鄉煎蠔烙」,由於用煎的方法去烹調,所以會比炸蠔餅少油健康。另外煎蠔烙利用雞蛋的香配合新鮮肥美的蠔仔,所以味道Double up! 呢個菜式係「太陽軒鬆餅」,其實係有塊薄皮包住魷魚肉。呢個菜式好特別,而且口感有層次,我同媽咪好快就將呢碟野秒殺。建議鍾意食香口野的人可以試試!呢份鬆餅仲可以點呢個酸酸甜甜,似梅子醬的醬汁。媽咪係到,我無得淨係做食肉獸,所以叫左一碟「金華四寶蔬」。平時唔多食菜的我都大叫好味,呢份四寶蔬的菜都煮得非常入味,唔會係"烚菜上𣺉汁"。蔬菜加埋金華火腿的鹹香,真係好夾。
