To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥟🍜🇭🇰佐敦細蓉小店☑️招牌雲吞麵（細）-$37行完街買完嘢想搵個位坐吓同食嘢，又唔係話好肚餓，就諗住食碗雲吞麵。雖然佐敦呢度有好多間旅遊書推介嘅雲吞麵，但我就冇去食嗰幾間，反而嚟咗呢間喺地鐵站附近嘅耀記。呢度嘅雲吞麵有大細碗之分，細嘅係$37，大嘅係$47。我今次就試咗碗細嘅。店舖雖然唔大但係門口會見到有嬸嬸喺度包緊雲吞。雲吞有四粒，每粒都大大粒，皮薄餡多，蝦同埋肉各佔一半，而蝦都好彈牙同埋大隻。至於生麵亦都好彈牙，但有啲難咬斷。湯底唔錯，會令人想飲晒佢。但係略嫌旁邊嘅醋唔夠酸，好似加水溝淡咗，令到成碗雲吞麵有啲美中不足。
