佐敦開咗這間越式餐廳一段時間週末中午成日好多人排隊見人龍只有三四人就去排排咗幾分鐘就入得去 好快排隊嗰陣時 職員俾咗點餐紙俾我哋一開頭唔知係雙面以為只有湯粉同撈粉後尾先知有飯有飲品叫咗一個生牛肉骨湯金邊粉又抵又好食 白蘿蔔好林 又有香草料 風味唔錯 $34 仲有野飲叫咗個精選拼盤$18(11:30-15:00)最值得欣賞就係蒜香牛油雞翼好香脆 又唔油 炸粉唔會太厚春卷冇乜味道 普普通通燒帶子明蝦涼拌茄子帶子都幾大粒 唔錯另外試咗香茅豬扒煎蛋飯$45都幾好 煎得幾香當然要再去啦又去試下其他野火車頭似車仔麵多啲因為配料方面唔似外面既火車頭老公嫌佢個湯唔夠熱亦都比較淡個牛骨湯欠層次🤷🏻‍♀️ 冇八角胡椒味(我都唔係好識)亦無佢鍾意既牛丸同牛柏葉所以佢有點失望 不過就有牛肉扎肉 外面比較少見味道有啲似台灣黑椒豬肉腸嘅味道我就試咗豬頸肉撈懞豬頸肉煎得好香 肉質彈牙 味道偏甜撈懞個汁亦偏甜 冇乜酸味可以落多少少醋 今次就叫三隻雞翼一樣咁香脆不過咁樣叫法就太多啦 食唔曬咖啡奶茶都係港式口味 幾合我心意不過下次都係叫普通湯粉
