每天的早餐其實很難決定食什麼，突然想食中式蒸包，就買了健康工房的有機豬肉包 $14，店員從熱櫃拿出已預先放在包裝紙的豬肉包。第一蒸包質地幾實，又相當黏口痴牙。而豬肉餡味道很濃，而且頗鹹，食後需要飲好多水。以健康為主題的食店，但味道偏濃偏鹹，有味精，何來健康工房呢？
