To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 何廣曾幾何時都係我大學飯堂但當時餐廳唔多多年後的今日是我上班lunch 飯堂難得可以出街食當然去試下新餐廳同事叫左豬扒蛋包飯豬扒很juicy 入味最緊要大件抵食蛋包飯很有誠意沒有穿沒有爛整個外型很靚另一個焗長通粉同事覺得偏硬但無礙他進食的心情汁足夠,芝士夠但話下次唔再叫我呢個叫得好紅酒牛肉粒飯賣相已經夠分牛肉粒美味嫩滑芝士焗完拉絲正呀木板上菜,有沙律,有飯感覺都好抵飯微暖好彩牛肉夠熱紅酒汁很惹味,很多汁拌飯都有剩

蛋包飯很有誠意
沒有穿沒有爛
整個外型很靚

另一個焗長通粉
同事覺得偏硬
但無礙他進食的心情
汁足夠,芝士夠
但話下次唔再叫

我呢個叫得好
紅酒牛肉粒飯
賣相已經夠分
牛肉粒美味嫩滑
芝士焗完拉絲
正呀
木板上菜,有沙律,有飯
感覺都好抵
飯微暖
好彩牛肉夠熱
紅酒汁很惹味,很多汁
拌飯都有剩
