打8號風球之下京林屋收左工,於是黎左對面既何洪記食晚飯。除左招牌雲吞麵之外,餐牌都有其他湯麵,撈麵,粥,腸粉,炒粉麵,點心,糖水,小菜同厨師推介。選擇好多。原汁柱侯炆牛腩 $148 另加一叫左個大原汁柱侯炆牛腩,要求多d牛筋,好彩,因為牛腩好麻麻。牛筋炆得都好淋,味道好入味,不過味道偏鹹,牛味就欠奉。牛腩肉質麻麻地,得個鹹字。下底有5條菜心,上面灑上蔥花。總括,材料似乎係雪藏貨色,唔夠好。呢個價錢唔值。懷舊鮮蝦餃 $52 另加一懷舊鮮蝦餃一籠4隻,熱辣辣蒸起,皮厚度適中而蝦肉爽脆,質素算高過普通酒樓,可以點枱上既辣椒醬食。質素同尋日鏞記既蝦餃差唔多,不過價錢平差唔多一半。正斗鮮蝦淨雲吞 $61 另加一正斗鮮蝦淨雲吞一客9隻,雲吞好細隻,好過上次,無上次實,蝦肉都爽脆,可以點枱上既紅醋食用。個湯係好飲,堅有蝦殼味,仲有韭黃香,亦見到粒粒蝦籽。香脆油條腸粉 炸兩 $53 另加一香脆油條腸粉一客12件,另上豉油同太極花生醬同甜醬俾你沾。腸粉皮夠薄,油條都算脆口,不過有啲實,唔夠酥。生磨芝麻糊 $55 另加一叫左個糖水,生磨芝麻糊 份量正常,味道可以啦,唔會太甜,不過唔會特別好食,真係生磨??

呢個係送既,彈牙水晶外皮入面包住奶黃。皮稍為厚不過免費就無投訴。
總括而言,食物質素正常偏好,蝦類食品好少少,服務座位唔錯,不過性價比低,呢個價錢就係米芝蓮價。
