To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佛心價茶餐廳 午餐飯可以4字頭連熱飲人情味重 睇得出好多街坊都係到食開飯又吹水我地入到去都覺得伙記好nice 好似番左屋咁🥘上海菜飯配豬扒就是家的感覺豬肉切得厚實 外層炸得金黃酥脆 煎得外酥內嫩想健康d就食下菜飯 有營養價值又原始清淡口感同豬扒係完美既平衡平時淨白飯呢 我就一定食唔哂一配左菜切粒粒 即刻成碗食哂🥘海鮮鰻魚炒飯海鮮鰻魚炒飯米飯炒得恰到好處每一粒米都分開 但少少黏稠 米粒保持著一定口感鰻魚就係亮點之一 另外 海鮮應該有d魷魚之類 鰻魚味同豉油既添加提供左獨特風味鰻魚同米飯搭配非常夾 食得出係港風炒飯味道 而唔係傳統日式鰻魚飯奶茶☕️茶底好夠濃味 不過我覺得略為霸咗個奶味少少

每一粒米都分開 但少少黏稠 米粒保持著一定口感
鰻魚就係亮點之一 另外 海鮮應該有d魷魚之類
鰻魚味同豉油既添加提供左獨特風味
鰻魚同米飯搭配非常夾 食得出係港風炒飯味道
而唔係傳統日式鰻魚飯
