今日係黎慶祝嘅,而我又唔想食咁多肉就岩哂!素食黎講呢間算好味又唔油膩~套餐可選擇嘅湯我都有order,d名好長(詳細)西式嘅有白松露椰菜花忌廉濃湯配羅馬番茄藜麥伴胡麻醬、中式嘅有猴頭菇竹笙黃耳雪蓮子燉湯配日本山藥伴熱情果汁;麻醬番茄係fresh得黎襯忌廉湯先match到,個人黎講鍾意中式有自家燉湯風味,濃而清徹,山藥又爽口清新。最愛食呢個香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷,有日式風味,好香嘅青草味唔苦澀,牛油果同芒果帶出甜味,紫菜爽脆好好味~主菜係和風雙菇炆栗子煲配羽衣甘藍菜飯,同椰香冬蔭野菌炒飯配泰式迷你拼盤,唔講都唔知無肉喺裡面,幾可亂真,尤其是串燒同燒餅,同出去泰式餐館食有得比。個煲同菜飯都好有中菜風味,個汁撈飯一流添~個餐仲可以選擇配鹹柑桔蜜、香芋黑糖珍珠,甜品梗係揀古法黑芝麻糕、紫薯乳酪蛋糕。黑芝麻糕口感軟軟、芝麻味非常香濃又少甜,蛋糕好香紫薯同藍莓味,食素都滿足到為食鬼~
